The stronger your muscles are surrounding the joint, the less the bones and ligaments will take the strain. Learn a series of strengthen exercises and yoga asanas that will increase the stabilizing action of the leg’s big muscles. When inner and outer quads are equally strong, they exert an equal pull on the ligaments which help keep the kneecap in place. All levels.
