My passion is to help people find peace and balance in a world that can feel overwhelming. With over 25 years of experience in bodywork, I've seen firsthand how daily stress and anxiety can manifest as physical pain and tension.
My journey led me to a deep study of Iyengar yoga, a style rooted in precision and alignment, which I completed my certification in 2012. Through this practice, I've learned that by bringing careful awareness to our bodies and breath, we can release both physical and mental burdens.
