My name is Elizabeth Klimowski, and with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Dance and an Upbeat Pilates certification, I’ve dedicated my career to the art and science of movement. For 27 years, I've had the pleasure of teaching and choreographing dance, helping people discover their strength and grace. My passion is guiding people on their journey to becoming stronger, more confident movers.

I believe in the power of Pilates to build a strong foundation for all physical activities. I love to see my students connect with their bodies and unlock their full potential.
